Rules of Inactive Characters

If a character is inactive we should have the right to use them. Again there are already been places on the site that we have been doing this with. The main reason for using them is

1. Importance of the character
2. Fill ins
3. Want of the character (Doesnt have to be important but just liked and wanted into a different topic)

To apply for a certain inactive character, copy the template below! Also, you must have atleast 100 posts and 10,000 points on the Forum.
