Some more rules of DBZTS:

Advertising

Guys, not trying to be strict or anything but don't advertise a new site here. Obviously there are no benefits towards this one, but benefits towards the site that you are advertising. There are guidelines, such as member count must be above 50 and posts above 100.

Any advertising to members through direct PM is ban, if the player does want to check out the site, I ask for you not to do it within this one.

Once again not trying to be mean here, just a bit of common sense, besides "General Discussion" is not a place to advertise period. Once more, common sense, we have an advertising section.

Characters

Here on DBZTS, you may have up to 6 characters. Only take on more when you know you can, inactive characters will be denied characters! Your other characters do not need a seperate account, use the same just at the beginning of a post clarify that you are using your other characters!
Members are allowed to interact in the game, but only in training!

Dragonballs

Earth Dragon Balls:

Rules:
1. All 7 balls must be gathered in the same spot
3. Only one wish per gathering
4. After the wish is made, Shenron will disappear
6. Shenron cannot grant a wish that exceeds the creators power (Kami)
7. Cannot wish for something that involves another being if they disagree with the wish
8. Cannot wish to revive some if they dies from natural causes
9. You can revive any number of people, provided they died that relates their deaths
10. Shenron cannot revive anyone who has been revived before
11. Chant required (Come out, Shenron, and grant my wish!).

Wishes that can be granted:
1. Wish to be stronger (Triples Your PL).
2. Wish for an Item.
3. Wish for an NPC to be your companion.
4. Wish for someone to be revived (or multiple people).
5. Wish to teleport you or someone else to a different planet.
6. Wish to make your character a different Race.
7. Wish to have learned a technique
8. Wish to be younger (Allows you to do quests that you've already completed)
9. Wish for someone from the DBZ series to be brought back to life. (Also NPC)
10. Wrath of the Dragon (Transformation) - x100/15,000 Power Level Required. A power up that utilizes the strength and aura of a Dragon. The color varies from individual, but the aura itself is very strong and wild, lighting up the entire area and effecting the atmosphere itself. A Dragon made of pure aura can often be seen circling around the user. The user of this transformation has their strength and speed increased, their muscles and veins bulge as their eyes glow. This can only be obtained by those who have a race that don't have a transformation with a x100 multiplier. This transformation can last until your character wants to get out of it.

Namek Dragon Balls:

1. All 7 balls must be gathered in the same spot
2. Chant required "Takkarapto Popporunga Pupiritto Paro"
3. Three wishes per gathering
4. After the wish is made, Porunga will disappear
5. The balls will turn to stone for 130 days and scatter themselves around Namek
6. Porunga cannot grant a wish that exceeds Guru's power
7. Cannot wish for something that involves another being if they disagree with the wish
8. Cannot wish to revive some if they dies from natural causes
9. You can wish one person back per wish
10. Porunga can revive anyone infinite time
Wishes that can be granted:
1. Wish to be stronger (Your PL 5x).
2. Wish for 2 Items.
3. Wish for an NPC to be your companion.
4. Wish for someone to be revived.
5. Wish to teleport you or someone else to a different planet.
6. Wish to make your character a different Race.
7. Wish to have learned 3 techniques
8. Wish to be younger (Allows you to do quests that you've already completed)
9. Wish for someone from the DBZ series to be brought back to life. (Also NPC)
10. Soul of the Dragon (Transformation) - x200/20,000 Power Level Required. A power up that utilizes the strength and Speed of a Dragon. The aura color varies from individual, but the aura itself is very strong and wild, lighting up the entire area and effecting the atmosphere itself. A Dragon made of pure aura can often be seen circling around the user. The user of this transformation has their strength and speed increased, their muscles and veins bulge as their eyes glow. This can only be obtained by those who have a race that don't have a transformation with a x200 multiplier. This transformation can last until your character wants to get out of it.

Golden Star Dragon Balls:

1. All 7 balls must be gathered in the same spot
2. Chant required "Come out, Golden Shenron, And Grant My Wish!"
3. Two wishes per gathering
4. After the wish is made, Golden Shenron will disappear
5. Golden Shenron can grant any wish
6. Cannot wish for something that involves another being if they disagree with the wish
7. You can wish multiple people back to life.
8. Golden Shenron can revive anyone infinite time
Wishes that can be granted:

1. Wish to be stronger (Your PL 4x).
2. Wish for 2 Items.
3. Wish for an NPC to be your companion.
4. Wish for someone to be revived (or multiple people).
5. Wish to teleport you or someone else to a different planet.
6. Wish to make your character a different Race.
7. Wish to have learned 3 techniques
8. Wish to be younger (Allows you to do quests that you've already completed)
9. Wish for someone from the DBZ series to be brought back to life. (Also NPC)
10. Pride of the Dragon (Transformation) - x500/30,000 Power Level Required. A power up that utilizes the Strength, Focus, Toughness, and Speed of a Dragon. The aura color varies from individual, but the aura itself is very strong and wild, lighting up the entire area and effecting the atmosphere itself. A Dragon made of pure aura can often be seen circling around the user. The user of this transformation has their strength and speed increased, their muscles and veins bulge as their eyes glow. This can only be obtained by those who have a race that don't have a transformation with a x500 multiplier. This transformation can last forever.
